RACE REPORT

The field were released on time and on settling down it was left to Kilkerley and Refugee to draw clear of Mademoiselle Foch, Baby Blake and Snow Maiden. Four furlongs from home Refugee sent out distress signals, leaving Mademoiselle Fock to assume sole command, stalked by Snow Maiden and Tetrarchia. As they approached the two furlong marker Snow Maiden made her bid for glory and drew two lengths ahead of Tetrarchia, and she was hard held to win cosily by half a length, with 6 lengths back to Kilkerley.
